Jonathan is actually not related to Larry Bird at all, despite similarities in size, overall appearance, freakish athletic ability, and even sharing a last name. That said, it was those same intangibles that made Larry an NBA Hall of Famer, that also allowed Jonathan to rise to the rank of manager of a Planet Hollywood, and now the co-producer of the “2 Bird’s 1 Mic” Open Mic and all Hemperors Comedy shows at the Second Floor on Main Street in Huntington Beach.
